Each day, you will record a “Victory” or “Bad Incident(s)” regarding whether you had a bad incident the previous day. If you had a bad incident, you will describe it, then search Speech Tools to identify which tools will enable you to avoid yesterday’s incident(s) in the future.
Reading aloud, by itself, has beaten stuttering for some. Hearing stutterless speech trains the mind to expect and deliver stutterless speech. The more time you read aloud, the faster you will stop stuttering.
